These Terms apply to all rental and sale services provided by EcoReuse (ManArt OÜ). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms. Individual event contracts may override specific clauses — in case of conflict, the signed event contract prevails.
1. Services
EcoReuse provides: (a) rental of reusable dishware (plates, cups, bowls, glasses) with a deposit system; (b) sale of consumable items (cutlery, takeaway boxes, sauce cups); (c) delivery, collection and washing services. The catalog on our website lists current products and indicative prices. Final prices and quantities are agreed per event.
2. Orders and confirmation
Orders submitted via the website are proposals. We confirm orders by email and, for larger events, by a signed contract. An order is binding only after our written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders if we cannot meet the event requirements.
3. Deposit system
For rental items we operate a deposit-based return system: guests pay a small deposit when receiving food and get it back when they return the dishware. The deposit amount is agreed per event. Items not returned to the collection point are retained by EcoReuse against the deposit — this covers cleaning, repair or replacement.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery is free within Estonia when the full service (delivery + collection + washing) is booked. For events in Finland and Latvia, delivery costs are quoted individually. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the venue and designating a contact person during setup and collection.
5. Cancellation
More than 14 days before the event — no fee.
7–14 days before — 25% of the order value.
3–6 days before — 50% of the order value.
Less than 72 hours before — 100% of the order value.
For events with a signed contract, the contract's cancellation clauses override these defaults.
6. Liability
EcoReuse is liable for defects in the supplied dishware but not for consequential damages (lost revenue, reputation, weather-related disruption, etc.). The customer is liable for damage caused to EcoReuse equipment by guests or third parties during the event beyond normal wear. Both parties carry their own liability insurance.
